Mission Statement

RCOMH configuration

Our mission is to develop world class research in occupation and mental health to influence best practice.

We will achieve this by:

  • providing leadership in research in the field of occupation, mental health and well being, 
  • having a global perspective (i.e. ‘Research in action: local and global’),
  • empowering service users to actively participate in research programmes and the activity of the Centre,
  • focussing on occupation, mental health and well being,
  • developing, facilitating and leading coordinated programmes of research, and
  • promoting ownership of and responsibility for this research agenda.
