1. Get help NOW from the Language Support website
See links at the bottom of this page - help with Listening,
Writing, grammar, Academic English, Military English, etc,
etc.
2. See a tutor
You can see Charlie Martineau, the Language Support Tutor,
for one-to-one help. Just email languagesupport@yorksj.ac.uk for
an appointment.
3. Use our library
We have books, CDs, DVDs, PCs and other resources for you to
use. You can borrow many of these. You can also study
here. Visit Holgate 137 (check
opening times).
4. Come to our workshops
We offer workshops on
Listening in lectures, Giving presentations, Reading and other
topics. There is also a weekly conversation class.
