ICT Staff Development
We provide ICT training and support to staff at York St
John University.
We offer a wide range of courses & workshops in a variety of
applications, and can also run bespoke/tailored workshops to suit
faculty/department needs.
If you'd prefer to learn something for
yourself, in your own time and at your own pace, then we can
also provide downloadable resources for
self-study and access to online e-Learning Resources.
For those who'd like to have their ICT skills
recognised, we can also offer accredited qualifications, such as the
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.
We can also provide 1-to-1 support and/or
deskside coaching to tackle individual training needs on an
ad-hoc basis.
ICT Staff Development also works closely
with the Technology Enhanced Learning
department to deliver workshops aimed to support the use of
technology in teaching and learning.
