Working with partners to promote Health and Wellbeing

The Faculty of Health & Life Sciences works in partnership with public, private and third sector organisations to improve performance, impact and best practice through a range of subject areas and specialisms, including health, sports, counselling, occupational psychology, service improvement, child development and many more!

We use our expertise to share learning and best practice to work with partners to improve their activities.

Networking Opportunities:

Within health & life sciences we host and are involved with a number of networks which bring together practioners, educators, researchers and other groups to share best practice and learn from each other.

Networks include:

Staff from health & life sciences also bring their knowledge to a number of local, regional and national bodies including Healthycity York, Active York, Yorkshire & Humberside AHP Forum, College of Occupational Therapists, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and other special interest groups.
